System Functionality :

Fully-automatic operation in cleaning & different type of testings.
Machine can perform cleaning & testing of all type of top feed and side feed multipoint, mono/single point fuel injectors.
Upto 4 Injectors can be tested or cleaned simultaneously in a single time for all type of MPFI vehicles.
Tank capacity is 5 Ltrs. and weight of the machine is 35 kgs.approx. with empty tank.
Crankshaft imitated rotation range under diagnostics is 500-9000 rpm in R.P.M. Test.
Machine will give “ALARM” at the end of each cleaning & testing Operation.
Different types of injectors can be tested without any ‘O-Ring’and wiring cable Replacement.
Any Operation can be “HOLD” at any time during cleaning & Testing.
Separate digital voltmeter display is provided to indicate incoming AC supply.
Machine will depressurize the rail after cleaning & testing by “DRAIN” key to avoid any wastage of chemical.
